We’re hiring Line Cooks at Saddleback BBQ inside Coach’s Pub & Grill. If you’ve got solid line experience and want to work in a kitchen that values speed, teamwork, and consistency, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Cook meats, sides, and sauces to Saddleback standards

Work the line during busy lunch & dinner shifts

Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized

Follow food safety and sanitation rules

Requirements:

2+ years line cook experience (corporate or independent restaurants)

Knife skills and ability to run multiple stations

Reliable and hardworking with night/weekend availability
