We smoke all our meats in-house with local hardwoods, and our kitchen runs with high energy, focus, and hustle. What You’ll Do:

Cook high-quality food consistently and quickly

Prep meats and sides according to Saddleback standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work the line during busy shifts—grill, fry, and plate

Communicate with teammates to keep service flowing

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience on a fast-paced line

Solid knife and station skills

Reliability and strong work ethic

Ability to stay calm under pressure and move fast

Night and weekend availability preferred
