    Job Summary

    We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using healthy natural ingredients. You are passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience through quality food and service. With previous experience as a cook, you can manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare delicious, gourmet food

    Demonstrate positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm

    Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices

    You have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results

    Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment

    Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters

    Exhibit teamwork and effective communication

    Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, garnish, grill

    Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism

    Qualifications

    1+ year of high volume restaurant experience.

    Excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.

    Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.

    Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment

    Availability to work weekends and some holidays

    Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
