Park 82 is looking for an experienced Sauté Line Cook to join our team. We are a busy upscale-casual restaurant focused on quality ingredients, consistency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute sauté station dishes according to recipes and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper cooking temperatures

Assist with prep work and kitchen organization

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sauté line experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Weekend and evening availability required

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation:

$18–$20 per hour based on experience
