Job position description:
The cook prepare the delicious, quality food our brand is known for. The ideal cook is a food expert, cares about the details, and remains calm in the face of multiple, complicated tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
Station Setup & Preparation: Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness of workstations, including grills, fryers, ovens, and prep areas.
Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook menu items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and following standardized recipes; execute dishes to order while maintaining presentation standards.
Quality & Food Safety: Operate kitchen equipment safely, monitor and maintain proper food temperatures, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure a clean, organized station at all times.
Efficiency & Teamwork: Perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while collaborating professionally with kitchen and service staff.
Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock using FIFO methods, minimize waste, and communicate shortages or supply needs promptly.
Core Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Generally 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; culinary school training is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills: Proficiency in cooking methods (chopping, grilling, sautéing), strong knife skills, and strict adherence to standardized recipes.
Certifications: Valid food handler safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift 30–50 lbs, and work in hot, noisy, high-volume environments.
