Job Basics:
- Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly in a hot, high-volume environment
In This Role, You Will:
- Set up your station and prep ingredients ahead of service
- Cook menu items with accuracy and consistency
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume shifts
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Line cook experience in a busy kitchen

- Good knife skills and comfort working multiple stations
