About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we pride ourselves on serving delicious breakfast lunch and dinner dishes. As a Line Cook with breakfast,lunch and dinner experience, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals that keep our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook items to perfection, ensuring high quality and presentation.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment.

Assist in menu planning and development with recipes.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Train and mentor new kitchen staff on preparation techniques.

Adapt to changing demands and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably with a focus on breakfast items.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends.

Passion for cooking and creating delicious breakfast dishes.
