We are looking for a responsible, dependable, motivated, and hardworking Line Cook to join our Boynton Beach team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and can be counted on to arrive on time and ready to work.
Schedule & Availability
Full-Time position
Open availability is required
Must be available for opening and closing shifts during the week
Must be available for both opening and closing shifts on weekends
Schedule is rotating and may change based on business needs
Candidates with limited availability may not be a good fit for this position
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Must be willing and eager to learn
Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
Must be able to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions
Must maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Must be respectful and professional with managers, supervisors, and coworkers
Must report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
Must be flexible with a rotating work schedule
Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to company standards
Follow recipes, portioning, preparation, and food-quality procedures
Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
Keep cooking stations, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized
Prepare and restock the station before and during service
Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
Complete assigned cleaning and kitchen duties
Communicate professionally with managers and team members
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
Help maintain a professional and productive kitchen environment
