Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to customers.

Follow all health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.

Participate in menu development and suggest improvements.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
