Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line / Grill Cook to join our culinary team in our Coral Gables restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, works well under pressure, and maintains high standards of quality and cleanliness. This role is essential to ensuring consistent food preparation and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill and line according to company recipes and standards

Ensure proper station setup, organization, and cleanliness throughout service

Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and accuracy

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients

Communicate effectively with kitchen team and leadership

Support other stations as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including equipment, workstations, and prep areas

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods

Able to bend, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications

Previous line cook or grill cook experience preferred

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
