Job Summary: Foxconn is seeking a motivated and organized Line Lead to oversee production lines and ensure smooth operations. The Line Lead will supervise team members, monitor productivity, and maintain quality standards while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production line employees and provide guidance as needed.

Monitor daily production output to meet targets and deadlines.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor.

Train and support team members to improve efficiency and performance.

Identify and resolve issues in the production process.

Report production metrics and updates to management.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating team shifts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and productivity.

Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Knowledge of production line processes and equipment.
