The Role We are seeking experienced, reliable Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our crew. This is a perfect fit for culinary professionals looking for a flexible "on-call" schedule to supplement their income, or those who thrive in the high-energy, dynamic environment of event catering. You will play a key role in preparing and presenting exceptional cuisine both during mid-week prep and on-site at beautiful venues.

What You’ll Be Doing

Precision Prep: Efficiently prep ingredients and set up stations to ensure a smooth service.

Artful Plating: Execute dishes to our exacting presentation standards, including precise garnishing and sauce placement.

Event Execution: Assist with the seamless setup and breakdown of Back-of-House (BOH) operations at various event sites.

Quality Control: Maintain a sharp eye for detail and ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely, beautiful manner.

Safety & Standards: Uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping work areas clean and organized.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the catering team and floor staff to ensure the event runs flawlessly.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven background as a line or prep cook in a catering, banquet, or high-volume restaurant setting.

Technical Skill: Solid knife skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and a firm grasp of food safety practices.

The "Catering Mindset": The ability to handle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability: Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to work on-call shifts (including evenings and weekends).
