    About the Role:

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.

    Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and flavor consistency.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

    Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

    Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

    Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

    Participate in menu planning and development with the culinary team.

    Adapt to changing demands and assist in various kitchen stations as needed.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.

    Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.

    Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

    Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent is preferred.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the hospitality industry.
