Role

As a Line Technician (also known as Plant Production Operator, Line Mechanic), you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of plant production lines, ensuring quality control, managing equipment, and providing leadership to team members. You'll also perform routine repairs, conduct inspections, and assist in all operations of the process to maximize production and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule (including extended hours, weekends, and holidays).
• Strong leadership ability, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, packaging, and machine setups for production runs.
