  • Responsibilities

    The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement cross-channel content calendars and has the publication and implementation on corporate-owned social channels. In some scenarios, you may be asked to write or design content. This individual is practical in community management, taking advantage of social administration at the business level and listening tools to answer questions and comments and identify opportunities to interact with influencers or have a voice in relevant conversations. This individual also uses social listening business tools to monitor competitors, brand status, the impact of key initiatives on the feeling of the conversation, the topic, and the volume.

    Essential job functions:

    • Work with the content team to create monthly social content calendars for our social media accounts

    • Monitor the conversation and answer questions and comments through vital digital channels

    • Serve as the key person for social media, educating stakeholders about brand health, conversation trends, and related consumer behavior in digital channels

    • Extract raw analysis from social channels and act as the "owner" of social data, keeping clean data and consistency standards

    • Manage the maintenance, publication, and distribution of content and campaign calendars in multiple disciplines

    • Deliver analytical reports on digital channels, identifying ideas and trends, to key stakeholders in all departments in the context of general business objectives

    • Work directly with suppliers and agencies to solve problems and update the infrastructure of digital channels

    • Carry out continuous audits of channels to evaluate the gaps and opportunities for the brand

    • Manage digital content initiatives in multiple disciplines and departments from conception to publication

    • Help the agency's partners, as well as the internal production team, to publish on all major property channels, including social networks, video, website, email, and mobile applications

    Required Education / Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience working in a marketing team, preferably with practical experience in digital channels

    • Exceptional writing and communication skills

    • Experience in community management of social networks with demonstrated ability to master voice responses and brand classification

    • Experience in the implementation of social content using social tools of enterprise-level

    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a constantly evolving landscape

    • Experience in analysis and reporting, preferably in native social media platforms, business social networking tools, and Google Analytics

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
