Job Description
We are looking for out Outbound Campaign Specialist to join our Insides Sales Division. The Outbound Campaign Specialist will be responsible for upselling out current base of customers and making win-back calls to previous customers. The OC Specialist is expected to develop positive relationships, bring previous customer by offering incentives for 24 & 36-month commitments. The OC Specialist will be expected to hit monthly quotas. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work with little supervision, and a desire to close deals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop positive relationships with potential residential and business customers
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Achieve monthly sales targets/quotas as set by the company
Account and Order Creation in the billing system(s)
Work within the company CRM Tool to update all quotes as needed
Understanding and quoting of POTS, PRI, SIP, Wireless, Hosted PBX, and Broadband
Demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and solid closing skills
Upholding Lingo Communications’ company virtues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
Professionalism in all forms of communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven work experience in sales and/or customer care
Hands on experience in sales with a quota and an ability to deliver quality sales results
Knowledge of CRM software, processes, and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
OTHER CRITERIA (PREFERRED)
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales and service experience in a business to business environment.
Ability to explain methods / tactics used to be successful in such a role
Familiarity with competitive telecommunication voice and data services
