Virtual Connections Manager / Speech Language Pathologist
Job Description
PURPOSE:
The Virtual Connections Manager is responsible for the management and development of the Virtual Connections Program. This position is critical for ensuring the continued success and growth of Virtual Connections which provides a safe, LPAA focused, virtual support platform for families living with aphasia. This is a clinical position that requires working directly with persons with aphasia, caregivers, graduate students, speech-language pathologists, and other related professionals to ensure a positive member experience as well as the promotion and growth of the Program. The Virtual Connections Manager is an integral part of the Consumer Business Team and represents the voice of our customers and helps promote change within the Lingraphica organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, develop, and grow the Virtual Connections Program (i.e., increase membership and sessions)
Vet, onboard, and manage all VC facilitators (currently 60+)
Support the Program Specialist in building the VC schedule and updating the LMS information biweekly
Plan, create materials for, and facilitate VC sessions weekly
Identify areas for improvement to the Virtual Connections Program and implement appropriate changes
Report on weekly and monthly metrics for Virtual Connections to Marketing Department and Consumer Business Team
Maintain open and regular communications with the leadership of Aphasia Recovery Connection, which is Lingraphica’s strategic partner for the Virtual Connections Program
Network and collaborate with external organizations, groups, and professionals to increase awareness, membership and available facilitators of the VC Program
Respond to customer and facilitator email inquiries
Ensure documentation of all customer interactions within the company CRM
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in Consumer Business Team and Marketing Department initiatives
Disseminate important information about Virtual Connections to other departments and Lingraphica staff
Be a visible and active member of the Lingraphica team within organizations that participate in the larger aphasia community
Help recommend, review, and develop collateral and other promotional materials about Virtual Connections for marketing and educational purposes
Assist with other Marketing initiatives, programs, and activities, as needed
Assist with the delivery of educational webinars
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Masters in Speech-Language Pathology
SLP License and ASHA CCCs
1-3 years clinical experience in speech-language pathology
AAC experience, preferred
Tele-practice experience, preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Advanced degree in speech-language pathology, required
Experience providing training and support to speech-language pathologists who work with persons with aphasia, strongly preferred
Experience with Lingraphica technologies, including SmallTalk apps, TalkPath Therapy, TalkPath News, Quick Assess, and communication device, strongly preferred
Exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
Proficiency with Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel/Word, Slack, strongly preferred
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferred
Effective and professional communication skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Presentation skills

Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
TRAVEL
Travel to our Princeton, NJ office may be required on occasion, up to 4x / year. Occasional travel throughout the year within the continental United States (conditional on Covid restrictions)
