Consumer products company is seeking an Internal Controls Associate to ensure internal controls focusing on operational processes to ensure financial statement accuracy, laws and regulations compliance, and business process efficiency.

Experience & qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance
• 3 to 5 years of auditing experience in public accounting and/or corporate internal audit required.
• Relevant professional certification, or working toward certification, such as CPA, CIA or similar strongly preferred.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze and synthesize information
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• SAP experience a plus
• Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience a plus with a focus on supply chain experience
