    MARKETING ANALYST, CONSUMER INSIGHTS  Responsible for delivering holistic category and brand insights that drive stronger top- and bottom line performance, ensuring that ITGB achieves its corporate cigarette and mass market cigar volume, share and brand contribution objectives. Accountable for the volume cigarette and cigar budget and changes to the volume forecast. Delivers actionable insights into performance drivers and high quality recommendations for short- and long-term performance enhancement across Sales & Marketing. Ensures analyses yield recommendations that are actionable, impactful and accessible to stakeholders.   Supports Marketing and Sales by translating commercial market, competitor and channel analysis and performance analysis cutting across different data and information sources into holistic insights. Sets standards and drives activity evaluation (incl. RoI) for Marketing activities   Drives and oversees a holistic, cross-category consumer shopper, brand and trade research agenda. Ensures that consumer insights continuously are a critical decision-making factor. Drives consumer closeness agenda across ITGB. Identifies emerging and future trends across different tobacco categories and the impact of the developments in adjacent next generation categories like EVP.   sales forecasting and creation of accurate, timely demand plans, providing the Leadership Team and the business with visibility of the forecast, rationale behind it and risks and opportunities associated with it.   Help develop an advanced analytics organization by designing a mutually agreeable roadmap with key stakeholders, step changing capabilities and significantly enhancing the use of technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness of business decisions on all levels in Sales & Marketing.   Actively designs and embeds tools, frameworks and processes that help ITGB to become a learning organization. Continuously challenges existing approaches and explores and adapts best practice for Intelligence & Insights within ITGB and Imperial Brands as well as externally.    Leads the Sales & Marketing planning process for ITGB.   Ensures that research and intelligence spending does not exceed budget.   Adheres to general standards to promote a cooperative working environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building. JOB REQUIREMENTS: B.S. degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance (or similar area).  Positive, hands-on and proactive approach.  Strong commercial focus with proven conceptual and analytical skills and ability to challenge and identify opportunities that impact financial and operational performance.  Creative thinker who is able to develop and communicate insight-lead recommendations to enhance business performance. High level of learning agility.  Highly developed communication/presentation and effective interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills and database management skills preferred. Experience with custom marketing research preferred.   You must be able to work full time within the United States without sponsorship.
