Digital Marketing Analyst

Summary
The Email Marketing Analyst is responsible for the execution, analysis, and reporting of the email marketing activities.  This position is responsible for executing all aspects of the e-mail marketing sales process and ensuring we meet/exceed performance metrics as well as revenue goals.
 
Key Responsibilities

1. Assumes all responsibility for management and execution of email marketing program for all North American websites.
2. Implement plans for identified business opportunities for eCRM Strategy and Analytics.
3. Execute the planning and coordination of CRM Strategy and Analytics to advance business goals, with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Develop short and long-term goals for the eCRM Strategy.
5. Coordinate the flow of data across the team to ensure that campaigns are effective.
6. Identify and drive successful adoption of proven best practices for eCRM.
7. Create and execute a plan to segment customers based on buying behavior and market to them accordingly.
8. Creates, updates and communication promotional calendar to the organization.
9. Tracks metrics and send out regular reports to executive team and stakeholders on a weekly basis.
10. Manages the experience development portion of the customer lifecycle for website personalization.
11. Offer assistance and guidance on international email programs.
12. Forecast and track budget for all email and CRM-related activities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in either: Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience & education. 
• Experience working with Interactive Technologies and Solutions. 
• Graphic Design experience a plus
• e-Commerce experience and knowledge with a focus on graphic design, content management systems, social marketing and email
• The preferred candidate will have experience resolving customer issues in the digital medium and have an understanding of how to communicate in a persistent communication medium. 
• Strong focus on ROI and results with websites and internet marketing initiatives
• Email Testing Certification
