Product Support Engineer 

Linium is currently looking for a Product Support Engineer for our national aerospace manufacturing client based out of the Raleigh, NC area.  Our client is an AS9100 certified company that designs, manufacturers and repairs electro-mechanical components and subassemblies used in commercial and military aviation applications.
 
Responsibilities include:                                                                                                                   

• Engineering support of day-to-day operations of assigned product line and assisting with other product lines as needed
• Creates and maintains detailed instructions on how to build product within design specifications
• Continually monitors production for potential process and/or tooling improvements and cost reduction or quality improvement opportunities
• Responsible for designing and maintaining tooling and fixtures for new and existing processes
• Creates and maintains drawings for new and existing products
• Participates in the process of new product development and design maintenance of existing products 

Job requirements:
 
Minimum educational and work experience requirements for the successful candidate will include the following
 
-Four (4) year degree in a technical field
-Five (5) years experience as an Engineering Professional
-Two (2) – three (3) years design experience using AutoCad and Solidworks
-Aerospace experience preferred but not required
-Project management skills
-Problem solving skills
