ACCOUNT/SALES EXECUTIVE
LINIUM RESOURCES IS LOOKING TO ADD AN ACCOUNT/SALES EXECUTIVE TO OUR GROWING UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION. THIS ROLE WILL PRIMARILY FOCUS ON SELLING ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE BASED CONSULTING SERVICES TO CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Successful Account Executives proactively seek out New Marketing to improve staffing placement odds with initial Contract Signing
- Establish and cultivate long term, effective partnerships with staffing decision makers, including but not limited to: Special education managers, supervisors, and purchasing directions in schools to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends and future needs.
- Be the central point of contact for all Client-related issues and effectively manage behavior or performance challenges.
- High volume outbound sales phone calls
- Consult with and educate clients, via high volume calls to introduce and sell the full spectrum of Advanced staffing solutions to drive new orders and sustain current business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities during client interactions to introduce new or different business solutions, and/or cross-sell solutions with other Advanced divisions/verticals.
- Follow up on interviews, submissions, offers to your clients and close deals in a timely manner
- Communicate and participate in regularly scheduled meetings with management team to help plan and develop strategies to effectively scale your region, improve quality or to improve operational sales processes
- Learn and master essential reports and tools in TempBase, i.e., Notifications, Client Contact Report, Submittal Requests, Submittal Activity, Future Starts, Temps on Assignment (TOA), etc
- Create urgency with client contact via email, phone calls, and proactive follow up strategy, reinforcing qualifications by demonstrating an understanding of client needs in order to gain a preferential interview schedule, expedited interviews/offers, and placements
- Collaborate with the company's recruiting team(s) and other company departments on recruitment, placement and retention of school staff to your clients via all six offices
- Meet defined performance goals, which include activity goals and new business contract expectations

QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- Must be sales driven, financially motivated, and have a strong work ethic
- Proven sales ability
