TOP TIER FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM SEEKING CLIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES FOR THEIR CALL CENTER IN COLUMBUS, OH.

Client Account Representatives will serve as point of contact for branch personnel in regards to document questions (status of documents, review, and document updates). Inquiries include, but are not limited to general account maintenance including account opening and navigation.

Individuals will be offered paid training to learn about certain products and account information. The positions are paid on an hourly basis (40 hours a week; overtime offered by the Manager but not required).

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Associates or Bachelors degree required
• Call center experience preferred or experience working in a high volume customer service setting
• Efficient written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Problem solving, personal accountability, ownership, and professionalism
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
