Job Description

We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst to become an integral part of our team! you will be responsible for ensuring Client data is received and processed in a timely manner while maintaining data integrity and complying with all relevant HIPAA regulations. 

Responsibilities.

• Manage inventory to ensure Link's Client data us received and processed on time.
• QA checks across all core processes such as data integrity in client placements, agency placements, client/vendor transactions, client remittance, reporting to ensure client success. 
• Facilitate reconciliations between Link and client/vendor to ensure inventory matches.
• Participate in monthly client calls to update client on how Link's Bad debt Safety Net program is doing. 
• Maintain file transfers for Link and vendor by assisting with any troubleshooting for clients and vendors as it relates to general process flows, data transfer and client requests.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with Tableau 
• Effective management of a variety of priorities and timelines
• project management skills
• Effective communication skills.
