Link Solutions is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to join our team in Ft. Novosel, AL.
The Computer User Support Specialist will support NETCOM (U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command Center) in providing Tier 2 concierge-like support to more than three hundred users by email, Microsoft Teams, tickets assigned within the Remedy incident tracking system, or walk-in issues. The Support Specialist role encompasses support in various areas of hardware, software, mobile devices, networking (VPN and Citrix), system administration, licensing management, and printer support.
The Computer User Support Specialist will assume a critical role in our organizational computer-related activities by guiding the technical aspects of computers and systems used by our client's users. This opportunity offers the chance to work on innovative projects, fostering advancement and growth, all while contributing to the protection of our national security.
