Link Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Carlisle Barracks, PA.

The Service Desk Support Specialist will perform activities related to installing new laptops, desktop computers, and printers. The Technician will provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems, and software installations while providing excellent customer service when replacing assets for users. The Technician will work with the on-site manager, who will provide a list of responsibilities/tasks on a week-to-week basis. This is a fully trainable position. Computer knowledge is required.
