    Job Description

    Link Solutions is seeking a Digital Communications Support Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA to support The US Army Office of Chief of Public Affairs Digital Communications and Web Management project.

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

    The Program Manager will be responsible for assisting with team goals, schedules, budgeting, and overall leadership and management of program personnel. The PM must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment providing constructive alternatives/approaches to solving issues.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.
    • Implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve program outputs.
    • Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing/delegating, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting actions.
    • Supervise subordinate staff and ensure compliance with all company policies and contract requirements.
    • Assist management with the gathering and analysis of contract performance data. Establishes and maintains clear channels of communication with Government Leadership and the Contracting Officer Representative.
    • Assure that deliverables are provided to the Program Director in a timely fashion and are defect and error-free.
    • Manage program records.
    • Leads and mentors personnel assigned to program support functions maintaining overall responsibility for the delivery team.
    • Provide the required information to have invoices generated and submitted to the Government according to the established timelines.
    • Addresses workforce performance issues
    • Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery
    • Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.
    • Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.
    • Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.
    • Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • US Citizen
    • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
    • Ten (10+) years of professional relative experience.
    • Five (5+) years experience managing a team supporting digital communications.
    • A Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

    Preferred:

    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
    • Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature.
    • Strong communication skills to interact with team members, management, customers, and support personnel.
