Customer Service Representative
Job Description
The position is an administrative position and works closely with our customers on addressing ALL customer issues.
HOURS:
6 AM to 2:30 PM - M-F
Pay $17.00 - $21.00 depending on experience.
Must love the Phone. Answer 30-40 calls daily.
Need to resolve issues with the fulfillment of the process.
Includes:
Must be able to track and monitor orders through the order fulfillment cycle.
Assist in entering orders.
Research and troubleshoot problem orders as indicated by Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. Must monitor order alerts.
Follow up on compliance reporting issues at Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair.
Resource for returns and claims from customers.
Learn and understand our products to support post-sales issues.
Be able to compile a synopsis in excel.
Will be a member of a small but talented customer service group that services Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair.
