    Job Description

    The position is an administrative position and works closely with our customers on addressing ALL customer issues.

    HOURS:

    • 6 AM to 2:30 PM - M-F

    • Pay $17.00 - $21.00 depending on experience.

    • Must love the Phone. Answer 30-40 calls daily.

    • Need to resolve issues with the fulfillment of the process.

    • Includes:

      • Order Entry
      • Shipping LTL
      • Post Sales warranty issues.
    • Must be able to track and monitor orders through the order fulfillment cycle.

    • Assist in entering orders.

    • Research and troubleshoot problem orders as indicated by Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair. Must monitor order alerts.

    • Follow up on compliance reporting issues at Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair.

    • Resource for returns and claims from customers.

    • Learn and understand our products to support post-sales issues.

    • Be able to compile a synopsis in excel.

    Will be a member of a small but talented customer service group that services Home Depot, Lowes, and Wayfair.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent communicator. 30-40 phone calls daily, emails, and customer inquiries via chat.
    • Accurate data entry.
    • Familiarity with Supplier Hub, Loweslink, Wayfair, and or other large company web portals.
    • Customer Service in Order processing venue.
    • Familiarity with processes and procedures.
    • Familiar with invoicing
