    Job Description

    Link Staffing is currently seeking ​an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE person to work for a great company in EAST COUNTY. This position will be responsible for managing on-going collections process for approximately $50 million dollars in from private and public companies.

    THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE NEED AND TEMP-TO-HIRE POSITION!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Accounts Receivable for 200+ companies
    • Billings & collections
    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of A/R transactions
    • Secure releases from vendors
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Accounts Receivables experience with government agencies
    • Previous experience in the construction arena is a plus
    • Some knowledge Certified payroll/ Prevailing wage
    • Responsible for attaching certified payroll backup to invoices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payrolls software such as Sage 300 (previously Timberline)
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
