Accounts Payable Specialists

San Diego, CA

We're seeking ​Accounts Payable Specialists for Multi-family companies in San Diego. Full Time and Temp-to-Hire and Temporary positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Assist with training property managers, maintenance supervisors, leasing and maintenance personnel on Accounts Payable procedures
• Data entry of invoice into Yardi accounting system
• Code G/L
• Track invoices – responsible for timely receipt of invoices from property managers
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, contracts, etc
• Reconcile check run to Yardi reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be flexible
• Willing to embrace new processes and procedures
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, Property Managers, supervisors and others
