The LinkSquares Analytics team is part of our Operations group, supporting our critical business functions through best-in-category growth.  Analytics is a strategic investment area in 2022 to bring to bear the data and insights that will help us scale.  We're looking for a Data Analyst to join the team and partner with business units to build flexible data models, standardized source-of-truth reports, and do deep-dive analysis to answer key business questions.  Are you passionate about helping companies solve business problems with data?  Do you thrive on wrangling disparate datasets to surface a 360 degree customer journey?  Do you dream in data pipelines and SQL?  If so, this may be the role for you.

The Data Analyst will:

• Build scalable and flexible data models that form the foundations of the customer journey
• Implement and maintain a modern data stack to consolidate disparate data and drive data democratization
• Discover critical business KPIs and establish regular reporting mechanisms to support day-to-day operations
• Partner with stakeholders to perform deep-dive analysis and surface insights on key business questions

Preferred experience/traits/qualifications:

• A passion for technology and for helping companies solve business problems with data
• Experience with sales, marketing, and product tech stacks and their underlying data structures
• Experience creating data models and visualizations (e.g. SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau)
• Experience building and managing a modern data pipeline (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake)
• Familiarity with data platforms and applications (e.g. Databricks, Jupyter, Airflow, FiveTran, Stitch, DBT)
• Located near Boston, Hybrid in-office role
