    We are seeking an AGILE PROJECT MANAGER. This position will be responsible for overseeing management consulting engagements within federal agencies. The person who fulfills this role will be required to work within a team structure, interact with the client and other stakeholders to meet all client objectives such as eliciting and recording customer operations and standard operating procedures, evaluate solution options, and identifying best practices. To achieve objectives, this person will develop project plans, risk plans, quality assurance plan, facilitate meetings and work group sessions, etc. In addition, this person would be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations as needed.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    • Prior success in leading consulting teams on consulting engagements for federal clients
    • Prior experience developing strategic plans, training plans, and communication plans
    • Ability to develop an integrated master schedule
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to function/collaborate efficiently with a team
    • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels of an organization

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years performing as a project manager
    • Possesses (5+) years of Information Technology (IT) experience and (5) years of process modeling
    • Certified Agile Project Manager required
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) required
    • Bachelors’ Degree required
