This is a full-time position working onsite at LinkVisum headquarters in Vienna, VA; however, due to COVID-19, we are temporarily teleworking.

PROPOSAL MANAGER ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a PROPOSAL MANAGER that can provide strategic direction in the proposal and teaming process. This includes providing proposal management oversight of proposal activities, including directing personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines. The role will also assist with fostering strategic relationships with other firms for partnering on federal opportunities. This is a full-time position working onsite at LinkVisum headquarters in Vienna, VA.

PROPOSAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage company proposal efforts from capture to submission
• Identify optimal strategic partners for opportunity pursuit
• Develop proposal strategies and themes; develop proposal management plan
• Coordinate with company management to assemble proposal teams, recommending internal resources and/or external resources when required
• Support identification of opportunities to pursue
• Create proposal outlines, compliance matrix, and track the fulfillment of requirements throughout the proposal development effort
• Analyze RFP requirements against the proposal outline to ensure compliance
• Assist with proposal pricing strategy and help define labor rates
• Provide regular proposal progress status updates and maintain proposal schedule
• Develop sections of the proposal including but not limited to writing/editing/rewriting content provided by Subject Matter Experts
• Responsible for making sure the cost volume and the technical/management are consistent
• Assist with graphic concept development as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience responding to Federal Solicitations for Professional Services
