We’re a fast-growing commercial construction and roofing company looking for an experienced LinkedIn B2B marketing expert to lead our outbound LinkedIn strategy, content, and customer outreach.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you will own LinkedIn lead generation—building and executing strategic campaigns to generate warm B2B leads, particularly targeting property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate investors, and construction stakeholders.
You’ll be working directly with the executive team and sales leaders to help scale our pipeline through smart, well-researched outreach and campaigns.
📌 Responsibilities
✅ LinkedIn Campaign Ownership
Fully optimize and manage both company and team member LinkedIn profiles for B2B marketing
Take administrative control of key LinkedIn accounts and ensure consistent, branded messaging
Build and execute custom LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation in the commercial roofing and construction sectors
Segment and organize outreach by market vertical (e.g., churches, property managers, hospitals, schools, multi-site franchises, etc.)
✅ Stakeholder Research & Messaging
Identify and connect with decision-makers (property managers, facility directors, asset managers, etc.)
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and other tools to build target lead lists
Write smart, strategic connection messages, DMs, and follow-up sequences that convert
Monitor, manage, and respond to replies in real-time or on schedule
✅ Content Strategy & Posting
Create and schedule branded content to engage potential clients (case studies, before/after projects, testimonials, etc.)
Repurpose internal sales language into educational or conversion-driven LinkedIn posts
Monitor engagement and optimize future content for reach and response
✅ Paid LinkedIn Ads (Optional, Preferred)
Launch and manage small-scale LinkedIn ad campaigns to test lead magnets, retargeting, and audience testing
Coordinate with our design and copy team (or use your own skills) to build conversion-focused assets
✅ Reporting & CRM Handoff
Track performance metrics weekly (connection requests, response rates, qualified leads)
Tag and assign warm leads into our CRM with notes for sales follow-up
Participate in weekly team syncs and monthly performance reviews
🧠 Requirements
3+ years of LinkedIn B2B marketing and lead generation experience
Strong working knowledge of Sales Navigator, campaign building, and advanced LinkedIn search tools
Proven track record of connecting with and booking meetings with decision-makers
Excellent English writing and communication skills (must write fluent, persuasive copy)
Strong understanding of the commercial construction or B2B sales cycle
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Bonus if you have experience in:
Commercial roofing or construction
GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Paid LinkedIn ad campaigns
