    We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to join our North America sales team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be working to drive and qualify sales opportunities. You will be a foundational member of the sales team in North America with ample opportunity to influence our sales operation as we scale.      WILL...

    • Partner with the Account Executives to achieve mutually aligned sales goals each month
    • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
    • Engage eCommerce professionals via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business challenges and share how Linnworks can help
    • Achieve KPIs (100x Calls per day / 5x Qualified Opportunities per week)
    • Generate new business opportunities to fuel Linnworks' growth in-line with set KPIs
    • Respond to inbound requests for information and route the conversations appropriately
    • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and take on additional tasks needed to scale the sales organization
    • Maintain a clear and detailed record of key sales data through our CRM system
    • Continuously develop your knowledge of our product, industry, and sales process
    • Demonstrate our desire to help clients sell better
    • Develop sales materials and collateral to continually improve the efficiency of sales

     

    HAS...

    • 1+ years experience in SaaS or other software related B2B sales roles
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
    • A track record of success
    • A strong desire to build a career in software sales
    • An industrious, strongly motivated mindset and approach to everything you do
    • Highly organized and an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written)
    • Innately curious and willing to learn, develop yourself push the limits of your abilities
    • Enthusiasm about working in a fast paced, scale-up environment
    • A desire to hone and perfect your skills as a BDR and grow your sales career in a SaaS company!

    COMPENSATION:

    This is a sales position with a base plus commission structure that is competitive to the market.  There will be accelerators for overachievement and no cap on commissions.
