Linzy Toys, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is one of the largest importers and distributors of plush toys in The US with operations in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Ningbo China. Linzy toys in seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist who is passionate about Customer Success and is a great problem solver and communicator.
LOCATION:
City of Industry, California
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/Associates degree or Comparative work
- 3+ years of experience in customer service / order management / account management / wholesaler / sales
- Experience with OMS system a plus
- Proficient in Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Willingness to continually learn our industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own all facets of the account management process for assigned customer accounts
- Manage order intake and process orders through end-to-end Order to Cash cycle
- Provide timely follow-ups and resolutions to customer requests and questions
- Provide administratively assistance and sales support to the Sales Manager
- Assist Finance in Accounts Receivable
- Act as a strategic and influential partner for customers, demonstrating outstanding customer service to cultivate relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, and appropriately providing recommendations for long-term success
- Articulate and communicate customer needs to leadership in a timely manner
- Drive sales with existing accounts and prospective accounts
- Participate in Trade Shows in Las Vegas twice a year
