Real Estate Development Company located in Laguna Hills is seeking a Bookkeeper Accountant for a full-time on-site position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. * Management of all accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Review of all accounts receivable and deposit records. * All accounts payable. * Knowldge and understanding of the Balance Sheet/Income Statement. * Complete tasks relating to multi-family property management. * Update and management of bookeeping, including: * Real estate and property managment bookeeping, * Multi-jurisdictional bookkeeping. * Develop and analyze reporting for business operations, budgets and creditors. * Report analysis and findings to owner. * Uphold systems and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in a property management and bookeeping role. * Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly. * Yardi and Excel experience. * Willingness to submit to a credit and criminal background check. * A current and valid driver's licesnse and automobile insurance.
