    Candidates located in the Phoenix area with a strong Customer Service and Sales background are wanted for Appointment Setter Positions within LBA!

    We are currently hiring entry-level customer service and sales individuals with a customer service background. We've found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train and make a great transition to our team. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

    Representing one of the largest Solar companies in the country, it is a priority for our team to provide the best customer service, professionalism, and to build, land, and maintain quality customer relationships through lead generation.

    Upon hire, each employee will begin their career in an entry-level role. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    Daily team meetings

    Meeting with residential customers face-to-face

    Territory management

    Client retention

    Face-to-face appointment setting of services to new business prospects

    Job Requirements:

    Excellent interpersonal communication skills

    Must be personable, energetic, positive, and enjoy working with people daily

    Great work ethic and solution-oriented

    Demonstrated leadership potential
