Lipsey's is growing and currently has an opening for a Sales Executive in our Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. As a Sales Executive, you will provide inside sales and customer service and initiate and cultivate relationships over the phone, developing rapport and maintaining a successful book of business.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Makes outbound prospecting calls and works to generate sales within established metrics and goals
    • Answers inbound calls and provides customer service
    • Accurately and efficiently completes all sales transactions
    • Ensures account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels
    • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products by customers
    • Responds to requests from customers for information
    • Engages in technical discussions with customers
    • Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and at least 2 years of sales experience
