Liquid Automation Systems, LLC (LAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Industrial Marketing Strategies, LLC(IMS), is an international supplier of integrated system solutions and comprehensive services for managing mission critical fluids in the aviation and industrial markets. LAS is based in Pelham, AL and operates throughout North America. LAS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and maintaining the office. The candidate selected will play a key role in maintaining the positive energy of the company, supporting our clients, sales team, and production team. Responsibilities: * Resolve customer inquiries * Provide information about the products and services * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Create sales material to present to customers * Greet and assist onsite guests * Assist in event planning * Answer inbound telephone calls * Develop and implement organized filing systems * Perform all other office tasks * Purchasing, shipping, receiving and inventory management Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * QuickBooks experience * Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills
