We seek a multidisciplinary digital marketing specialist/graphic designer to join our team for a full-time, on-site role. You'll be responsible for enhancing our visual identity and executing designs for marketing assets, including everything from website and social media graphics to emails and reviewing SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns. Responsibilities - Create graphics for all of our marketing needs, including our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital banner ads - Resize, retouch, edit, and manipulate imagery - Make product listings - Review PPC campaign, pause ads, create new ads, add new keywords, run reports via Google Analytics, and have a strong understanding of email marketing and SEM in general - Monitor projects to ensure established due dates are met, and work is of the highest level of quality - Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications - Collaborate with the team - Conduct market research to determine the potential of products and services - Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats - Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns - Translate complex data into simple graphs and text - Qualifications - Online digital portfolio - Experience working on Shopify - Experience with Google Ads, PPC, Analytics, and SEM. - Experience with email marketing - 3+ yrs digital design experience - PPC, SEO, marketing experience - Fluent in Photoshop - Strong design skills - Strong typography and layout skills - Ability to organize and schedule work effectively - Must be able to handle multiple tasks - Ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions - Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills Note: This is a full-time, on-site position.
