We are a young company that has quickly become one of the top-rated pool service providers is Dallas. The core of our business is delivering first class pool service to residential pool owners. We do this by providing quality service, communicating quickly, owning & correcting our mistakes and constantly finding ways to improve. This year, we are looking for the right individual to join our account growth team starting in primarily a sales and customer service role.

Who You Are You have a hunter mentality and are focussed on bringing in new business. You're confident and are a great communicator. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can bring your own personality and sales style to the role. In this role, you'll be to ongoing speaking with hundreds of potential clients, utilizing exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and CLOSING DEALS!

Qualifications

Previous sales experience (minimum 12 months preferred)

Available to work full time (Tues - Saturday)

Comfortable working within a KPI driven environment

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary + Bonus Pay (OTE $750-950/ week)

In-person Training with Sales Manager
