Primary job RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Receive items for customers for further inspection - Report about the item condition with attention to detail, accuracy, and in a timely manner. - Match sales receipt to merchandise to ensure correct items and number of items being wrapped/boxed. - Notify a department lead and/or a manager of discrepancies. - Check merchandise for chips/flaws and clean merchandise prior to packaging. - Prepare packages for customers by boxing and neatly wrapping the merchandise according to standards of the company. - Enter and update package/customer information in company's database. Employee receives his basic payment every two weeks, including bonuses.
