Responsibilities: • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Attend team trainings • Sales scripts and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Currently licensed in real estate • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
