Responsibilities: • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
