Added Value: • Consistent stream of listing opportunities • Full-service in-house marketing support • Two dedicated administrative assistants • Listing coordination to streamline your workload • Responsive leadership with hands-on guidance • Weekly coaching and professional development • Collaborative team culture focused on growth • Orange County office with a strong community presence Responsibilities: • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Possesses a real estate license • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
