Responsibilities: • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Listing lead generation • Listing lead follow-up • Listing database campaigns • Agent sales • Set and execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • A real estate license is required • Superb communication • Sales experience Compensation: $175,000 at plan
