Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
