Responsibilities: • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Possesses a real estate license Compensation: $160,000 at plan
