Responsibilities: • Prospect, secure, and manage new listing opportunities through proactive outreach and lead conversion. • Provide sellers with market analyses and pricing strategies to maximize home value. • Coordinate home staging, photography, marketing, and showings to present properties at their best. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers to achieve favorable outcomes. • Maintain consistent follow-up with potential sellers to nurture relationships and expand the listing pipeline. • Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the listing and selling process. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • A successful and proven sales or listing history is preferred. • Willingness to adopt new tools, systems, and technologies to enhance productivity. Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission
